Infrastructure and Facilities
The Company’s manufacturing unit is spread over 8 acres and has the largest production capacity in India – 1000 tonnes per day. It is the only one of its kind in India and commands a 45m vertical height which is essential for the production of Polymerized Drymix Mortars.
The facility is located in Kurkumbh MIDC, 90 km from Pune and 340 km from Mumbai. The Bheema and various other rivers nearby provide unrestricted access to pure river sand – the major component in Polymerized Drymix Mortars.
